In a plant spirit healing session I invoke the consciousness of specific plant allies and direct their healing intelligence in a way that supports your energy body’s realignment with your True Nature. The plant spirits do their work at the foundation where dis-ease takes root- at the energetic level and soul level. When harmony is restored here, the other expressions of our selves (emotional/ physical/ psychological/ spiritual) naturally come back into balance.

My plant spirit healing experience with Lillian was quite profound. When I first came to Lillian Rose for a healing session I was feeling bombarded in my day to day with deep grief and heart ache. I wanted so much to let go and also I felt stuck. What I received was so gentle and nurturing and I cried a deep wellspring as she worked on me. Afterwards I felt so much lighter and a month after that healing I felt a profound shift. It is truly a body - mind - spirit support and crosses to the unseen places that need tending to.
I also received a huge wake up call from my higher guidance that motioned me to quit the life I had to embrace something completely different. Before I moved I returned to Lil for another healing. I was feeling like I was amidst such a huge transition and could use her support.

I believe that all answers & healing await in the ever-accessible consciousness of Nature. When we spend time amongst the plants and trees, they remind us of ALL that we are, mirroring the Wellbeing that is our Truest Essence.
